I built a working response to your brief, instead of sending a CV.
The brief asks for a builder who can land the rebrand at pace, grow awareness in the expansion markets, and act as a thought partner to leadership. The work below is my answer, sized to that brief. Strategic read of the role, current brand audit, and a v0.1 of where the brand could go. Treat it as a working session you can mark up.
Built over a weekend, by me, no agency. Designed to be marked up.
Five short reads, in any order.
Each page stands alone. Ten minutes, read the Thesis. Thirty, add the Brand book. Everything else is supporting evidence.
How I'd run Brand at RemotePass. Includes a real disagreement with the brief on the Brand-and-Growth split, the rebrand plan, the AI angle, and a 30/60/90.
Same career, four formats. Pick the one that fits how you read. One of them is written in your voice and your colors.
Where the current brand is strong, where it leaks, and where it'll struggle in APAC, Latam, and Europe. Five lenses, severity scored, fixes per lens.
A v0.1 brand direction. Positioning, voice, type, color, logo system, applications. Evolves the existing brand. Reads natively in Arabic.
One short note on cadence, decision rights, agency relationships, and what I'd want from the founders in the first 90 days.
The brief asked for an owner.
The candidate brief uses words like "builder", "owner", and "trusted thought partner". It also says the rebrand has to land at pace. Those phrases are not hard to say; they are hard to demonstrate inside a CV.
So this is a working artifact instead. It commits to a point of view on the role, takes a swing at the rebrand, and shows how I'd structure the audit, the book, and the operating cadence with Growth. Where I'm wrong, you'll see exactly where.
Everything here was built solo over a weekend, using tools I work with daily. No agency, no proxies. Where parts of the visual feel rough, that is the cost of speed, and it is the point. This is what I look like at v0.1.
